The No-Holds-Barred conversation was broadcast on Wednesday evening April 1st and was a smashing success from all points of view.
From our perspective, we were delighted to see a huge turnout that broke all previous attendance records, and those numbers stayed unusually high all the way to the end. Statistics showed that the average attendance, peak attendance, and ending attendance were about four times greater than usual!
From the perspective of those who attended, we still are receiving emails and phone calls thanking us for creating this session and asking for more of the same. We are all happy campers.
I believe that the success of this endeavor is
due to several factors. First, the information was delivered in a conversation style instead of the usual structured style complete with data, charts, and quotations. Second, the topics covered were determined by live questions from the audience, thus, insuring that we were always dealing with topics of greatest interest.
We covered a lot of issues in this session, and most of it was thought provoking. In keeping with the "no-holds-barred" theme, some of it was controversial, as anticipated, but controversy is not to be feared. It is the only path to truth.
The "conversation" is now running in replay mode for those who missed it, those who want to recommend it to their friends and neighbors, and those who just want to see it again. It will be playing 24 hours per day until midnight on Sunday, May 5th - so don't delay.
