Tuesday’s webinar on overcoming stress and disease without drugs was a huge success.

We were spellbound when a vibrant young woman from Chicago, named April, came online to tell of her amazing recovery from what doctors said was an aggressive, terminal illness. Since there was no hope if she continued with drug therapies, she decided to concentrate on nutrition and unprocessed foods.

She junked the meds and, eventually, even replaced the vitamin pills (30 of them per day) with two or three glasses per day of a pleasant-tasting juice containing nothing but concentrated vegetables and fruits. When I asker her how many pills she is taking now, she got a big smile on her face and replied: "Zee-ro!" When you see her tell her story, you will want to know more about that juice.

This led to a discussion of how the body, without interference from toxic drugs, is the ultimate healer but only if it has the necessary ingredients to produce the enzymes and hormones needed for cellular repair.

The science behind how this works was explained by John Hewlett and Stanford Graham of Cardio Miracle, and then they narrowed the focus to the topic of stress and anxiety. We learned how the body responds differently to physical, mental, and emotional challenges, and why we can handle short-term stress responses, like meeting a tight deadline or avoiding an accident, but long-term stress can have serious health consequences.

If you missed the webinar, you can watch the replay here.

Thankfully, there are things we can do to cope with stress, such as eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep. There also are substances like nitric oxide that can support a healthier response to stress. Nitric oxide does this by modulating blood pressure and improving circulation. In this way, it reduces the damaging effects of stress – which is a big deal if stress is part of your normal life – as it is for most of us.

I can look back at years of regularly taking Cardio Miracle and can personally confirm that this stuff really works to reduce blood pressure and that it has played a major role in allowing me, at age 91, to continue working the schedule of a 40-year-old.

And there’s a bonus: John Hewlett, the proprietor of the company that makes Cardio Miracle, is offering everyone who receives this message a substantial discount and a money-back guarantee, so you can try it at zero risk. It doesn’t get any better than that.
