You’ve heard that beets are a cardiovascular super food, right? The truth is that beets create only a small “blip” on your cardiovascular radar. To get good, sustained vasodilation with beets, you would have to eat beets all day … every day.

Beets are a good food for cardiovascular health because they are a nitrite vegetable. Nitrite helps your blood vessels produce nitric oxide. Although most people have never heard of nitric oxide, it is as important to life as oxygen! It’s a gas molecule that, among many other functions, serves to stabilize and moderate blood pressure naturally by keeping blood vessels flexible.

The trouble with beets is that they help nitric oxide production only for a very short time … like 2-3 hours … IF you eat LOTS of them.

Beets are a great food and are good for health but, if we want to increase our body’s production of nitric oxide for more than a few hours, we must supplement our eating patterns with certain amino acids, including L-arginine and L-citrulline.

Low levels of L-arginine create:
●    Low nitric-oxide production
●    Hardening of arteries
●    Low lymphocyte production (white blood cells)

Low lymphocyte levels mean:
●    Low nitric-oxide production
●    A dysfunctional immune system unable to knock out pathogens.
●    Increased susceptibility to diseases of all kinds and a shorter lifespan.

I will be joined by long time wellness advocate, Stanford Graham, an elite athlete at age 59. John Hewlett, Founder and Formulator of Cardio Miracle also will join the discussion. We will show you how to sustain the production of nitric oxide, not just for two hours, but all day long.

If you cannot attend the live webinar, don’t fret. A replay will be broadcast a few days later, so be sure to Register here and look for an email announcement of the date.
