Juliette Engel, MD, was born into a family of intelligence operatives. At age 6, her father sold her into the CIA’s mind-control Monarch program. At 10, she was placed into the Sex Magick project and subjected to physical and mental torture to create multiple personalities.

After escaping from the project, she earned a medical degree, became a practicing physician and, for twenty years, ran an underground railroad to recue children and young women from sex trafficking in the Soviet Union.

Perhaps the most shocking part of her story is her appraisal of the extent to which people who were being programmed along with her now are in the highest positions of authority in government, education, and the corporate world - and they still serve their masters.
