Dr. Shiva has taken on, not one, not two, but three Goliaths by bringing them to court as defendants in a lawsuit. The defendants are the state of Massachusetts, the US federal government, and Twitter. Ayyadurai's charge against them is colluding to interfere in a federal election involving his own candidacy for Senate. An important aspect of this case is that, when government and private institutions combine to achieve an illegal goal, it not only is a criminal act, but the combination of government and private enterprises for such activity is the classic definition of fascism. The mainstream press has refused to report on this case, and almost no one is aware that the motions for dismissal from the three giants were rejected by the judge, and the case is progressing favorably. Dr. Shiva will bring us up to date on this incredibly important case that could impact our lives for a long time into the future.
