IN MATTERS OF HEALTH I PREACH WHAT I PRACTICE

In matters of health, I preach what I practice, so here it comes
It is a common observation that people don't always practice what they preach. It is tempting to attach the word hypocrisy to such behavior, but I prefer Will and Ariel Durant's view that falling short of a goal is better than not having one or setting the mark too low. Advocating goals that are above our usual performance causes us to reach upward and try harder. That reasoning may help us feel better about a B on our report cards of life instead of an A but, because we are not at the head of our class is no reason not to share our ideals and goals with everyone we can, especially when health and longevity are at stake. So, I not only try to practice what I preach, I also preach what I practice – which is why I periodically send out messages about the health benefits of a product called Cardio Miracle that I believe saved my life about two decades ago and now allows me to operate at a level of a reasonably healthy middle-aged guy – which is astounding since I am 89 years old and work full throttle about sixty hours per week. This video is appropriate in that context because it deals with the fact that it is easier to maintain health than to recover it. The message is clear. Don't wait until you are sick or feeble before taking action. Prevention is more dependable and far more pleasant than cure. In my view, there is no better nutritional supplement for that purpose than Cardio Miracle. |
