Why is it dangerous to be healthy?

OK, that's a trick question. It's in the same category as that corny joke: Why is it dangerous to be alive? Answer: Because everyone who does it dies. It's dangerous to be healthy, because every healthy person dies, and most of them become very sick before that.

It's no joke, however, that most of us never start taking an interest in health until we lose it. That means we usually don't start eating properly or avoiding toxins or exercising until we have been wounded by years of not doing those things. That's why being healthy – especially young and healthy – can give us a false sense of indestructability and sets us up for a wing-dinger condition later on. The best time to start a healthy nutritional and life-style program is when we are healthy, not when we are fighting to survive.

The video, above, makes a strong case for something we all know but seldom act upon: It's better to stay healthy than to get well, which means this message is primarily for healthy people. But don't forget that what prevents also can cure.

The science explained in the video is important to understand, but the real take away is the conviction that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, as my Grandmother used to say at least twice a week. And she was totally right.

I highly recommend Cardio Miracle as your one-stop and totally drug-free solution to (1) cardio-vascular disorders and (2) anything else related to poor circulation, which is just about everything.
