Best Anti-Virus Medicine from Test Tubes or Plants?

If you have been reading my commentary for more than a few weeks, you probably have guessed my answer to that question. I think Mother Nature is the ultimate doctor. All living creatures have survived through the ages because they have a defense mechanism called the immune system and a healing mechanism to regenerate damaged cells. If these systems are working well, I believe there is no need for test-tube concoctions that often do more harm than good.

With the current concern over pandemics and infections, it is well to reflect on this fact. The public discussion is all about developing man-made concoctions that, hopefully, will mimic nature and stimulate immune responses. Hardly anyone is talking about bolstering natural immunity itself.

My email is flooded with inquiries about my health during the pandemic. Here is my answer: Even though I am in the age bracket with the highest risk, I am not worried about
COVID-19, or any other variant of the flu, because I pay attention to keeping my immune system in good condition.

What do I do? It's ridiculously simple. On average, I get eight hours sleep per day; I exercise about 20 minutes, five days per week (nothing heroic); And I take broad-spectrum multi vitamins and minerals daily. That's it, but the devil is in the details relating to the supplements.

My multi-vitamins and minerals are not chosen by brand but by content and potency. The low-cost items usually are not what I am looking for. Most of you reading this message are well enough informed to make a good choice. However, there are several products on my short list that are not well known by most supplement-savvy shoppers. One of them is Cardio Miracle, which is the main reason for this message.

Perhaps you recall my discussing in the past how Cardio Miracle dramatically reduced my high blood pressure and, by doing so, probably saved my life. It's a food product, not a drug. Unlike Statin drugs, which I rejected due to their negative side effects, Cardio Miracle is an all-food supplement and has no known negative side effects. It does, however, have several positive side effects. One of them is stimulation of Mother Nature's defense and healing systems. So, if you are looking for natural protection against all infectious diseases, I urge you to become familiar with how this food-source supplement works. The following video tells that part of the story.

As for me? One of the reasons I am not concerned about contracting
CORONA-19 or any other infectious disease is because of my daily consumption of Cardio Miracle.
