Dan Kittridge
Dan Kittridge, is a farmer and an entrepreneur who really cares about the lack of nutritional value in most foods found in even the finest grocery stores. It's not that crops are intrinsically inferior or that someone is trying to cut corners to make an extra buck. It's that most farmers today don't realize that decades of growing the same crop in the same fields gradually depletes the soil of minerals and micro nutrients that are essential for human health. They think that merely putting back one or two of the major minerals is enough when, in truth, there are scores of natural components of good soil that are completely missing on corporate farms today. And most of the produce grown on those sickly fields look gorgeous in the stores.

Dan Kittridge found a way to stop being fooled by appearances. He produced a meter you can take to the store and see for yourself just how nutritious – or not so nutritious – those veggies really are.

Dan will be a featured speaker at the Red Pill expo June 7–9 in Hartford, Connecticut and will explain why it is important to know the nutrient density of fresh vegetables, and also how the meter works.

When you visit the Expo web site, you will find 27 other speakers of similar high caliber, all of whom have experience and knowledge that is mind boggling.
