Heart attacks jump 37% on Christmas Eve - which is a clue for what causes them and how to prevent them.
Last Wednesday, I saw a news report that the risk of heart attacks rises on holidays and days when sporting events are held. Christmas Eve has the highest rate of all, topping the list with an increase of 37%. During these times, there is a mix of elevated emotions and an increase in physical activity. This combination puts a demand on the circulatory system to increase the delivery of oxygen. If arteries are clogged or have lost their ability to expand when needed, the heart responds to the oxygen deficit by going into spasm, and muscle cells begin to die. Most people understand this but think nothing can be done about it. It's just what happens when we get to a certain age. Arteries lose their youthful flexibility, they get clogged, and the only way to deal with it is to take blood-pressure medications the rest of our lives. So sad. This made me think back to about a decade ago when John Hewlett gave me a jar of a blend of dried organic fruits and vegetables that he said would knock down my high blood pressure and produce a lot of other benefits, too. Well, in case you have not heard me talk about this before, the stuff worked like magic – which no doubt is why John calls his blend Cardio Magic. When I read about a 37% increase of heart attacks on Christmas Eve, I became obsessed with the idea that most of them could be prevented if only, somehow, we could get the word out to the world. Sure, that's an impossible goal, but it's better to aim high and fall short than not to try at all. And, so, I come to my message. If you have benefited from Cardio Miracle, as I have, please make a list of friends who are of the age when high blood pressure places them at greater risk of heart attack (especially at Christmas) and urge them to visit my web page, linked below. That's where they can learn how certain amino acids and nutrients found in fruits and vegetables stimulate the body to produce higher levels of nitric oxide at the cellular level, which causes arteries to regain youthful flexibility. Some of the nutrients gradually clear away arterial plaque as well. All this without drugs or side effects. If you have not yet tried Cardio Miracle and if you have any health disorders related to poor circulation and poor oxygenation – it's hard to think of any that are not so related – I urge you to give a jar of Cardio Miracle as a Christmas present to yourself. It could be the greatest gift you will ever receive. I wish you the joy of a healthy and merry Christmas surrounded by family and friends. G. Edward Griffin
