Hello, dear friends. This is the second sending of
this message, because we learned that, for many subscribers, the first batch
ended up in spam and junk folders! I am not sure what caused that, but many
folks sent us emails saying that they did not receive their copy. So, here
it is again in hopes that it will do better this time around. I am very

Pete Hendrickson wrote a book that offers evidence to support the claim
that the income tax was meant to be an excise tax that applies only to those
who benefit in some way from a federal privilege, such as government
employees, office holders, contractors, and welfare recipients. Regardless
of what might be said against this claim, thousands of people, following
that concept, have received large tax refunds.
To pressure Hendrickson to repudiate his book, a federal judge ordered
his wife, Doreen, to sign a statement acknowledging that the income tax
